Here's a little story to illustrate:
We know an event planner whose daughter got married in Philadelphia a few years ago. We had previously done mother-baby pictures for the daughter. She loved them, but when it came to picking her wedding photographer, the daughter had found a Philadelphia photographer whose work she loved and had to have, even though he was charging over $5,500.
Unfortunately, when she saw the pictures, she didn't like them. In fact, she had some serious complaints. However, he could not fix them. The more she called, the less he was available. Finally, he was not taking her calls at all. She ended up frustrated and unhappy with her album.
